X-Men’s ‘Deadpool’ Has A Couple of Writers

Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool
Variety is reporting that X-Men Origins spin-off Deadpool has tapped Zombieland writers to pen the Screenplay. Ryan Reynolds, who played Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine will be back to play the lead. Reynolds is currently set to star in The Green Lantern which starts shooting in February. Hopefully writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick stay true to the Deadpool mythology, given that Reynolds is such a huge fan and has been pushing for this film for some time.
