Hugh-hugh-laurie-7255106-988-1500Rumors have it that Hugh Laurie, star of House M.D., is in talks with Disney to star as the villain in the upcoming super secret sci-fi project, Tomorrowland.

Formerly known as ‘1952’ until just a few weeks ago, Tomorrowland stars George Clooney and is being directed by Brad Bird (Mission: Impossible -Ghost Protocol, The Incredibles) The screenplay was written by Damon Lindelof (Lost, Prometheus) with Jeff Jensen (he’s a stuntman? I dont know…). Disney is keeping details under wraps for now, but that’s okay, the movie doesnt even release until December 19th, 2014.

Hugh Laurie has remained busy with his role as House M.D. lending himself to only four feature films in the last five years which include Street Kings, The Oranges, and voice acting in Monsters vs Aliens and Arthur Christmas.

I would love to make this post longer and more interesting…but we know almost nothing about Tomorrowland. Its a sci-fi and is said to be in the vein of Steven Spielberg’s Close encounters of the Third Kind.
