Here the new photo of Magneto released to EW. Pretty cool! Also Fox is releasing the first trailer for the superhero mutant prequel X-Men: First Class on its Facebook fanpage tomorrow. X-Men: First Class is directed by Kick-Ass filmmaker Matthew Vaughn and produced by Bryan Singer, the director of the first two X-Men films. The film hits theaters June 3. The Trailer will be our first chance to see the young Professor X, Magneto and the young X-Men wannabes.

I’m dying to see if Singer and Vaughn can bring X-Men back to its former film glory that we saw in the early 2000’s.

Plot Outline:
X-MEN FIRST CLASS charts the epic beginning of the X-Men saga, and reveals a secret history of famous global events. Before mutants had revealed themselves to the world, and before Charles Xavier and Erik Lehnsherr took the names Professor X and Magneto, they were two young men discovering their powers for the first time. Not archenemies, they were instead at first the closest of friends, working together with other Mutants (some familiar, some new), to prevent nuclear Armageddon. In the process, a grave rift between them opened, which began the eternal war between Magneto’s Brotherhood and Professor X’s X-Men.

X-Men: First Class stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Rose Byrne, January Jones, Oliver Platt, and Kevin Bacon.
